(May include jump rope, joint mobility, ropes and body weight exercises). ***Kettlebell Basics or Personal Coaching is required prior to Kettlebell Workout class attendance. Kettlebell Basics Workshop *(2 hours) In Kettlebell Basics, you will learn how to safely and properly execute all of the fundamental Kettlebell exercises so you will feel comfortable performing the exercises in the Kettlebell Workout group classes. Kettlebell Basics or Personal Coaching is required prior to Kettlebell Workout class attendance. *If for some reason your schedule does not permit you to make it to a Saturday Kettlebell Basics Workshop or if you would like to get started sooner, groups of 3 or more can be scheduled for a Kettlebell Basics Workshop at another time, for the same price. Please Note: -You are making an investment in your fitness future so you owe it to yourself to read on, particularly if you're concerned about the cost of joining or if you are simply price shopping. -My Group Workouts, are purposely kept small (10 maximum, sometimes fewer) so you are assured a high degree of personal attention. This is a concept totally different than your typical group exercise class at a local club, which often includes groups of at least 30, sometimes 50 or more! My concept is simple -- Personal Training at a much lower cost! -Personal Coaching is available if you're looking for one on one attention or training at a time convenient for you. I can also accommodate a group up to 4 friends at a discounted individual rate.
